The foundation of Strive Fitness is built on Two key components:
Sculpt & Blitz
This component helps to build and tone lean muscle throughout the body. Challenge your strength through slow, controlled movements and heavier weight. We include a 12-15 minute METCON (metabolic conditioning) at the end to really take it to the next level. It's not uncommon to hear your muscles screaming at the end of a Sculpt class. Scared? Don't be. Let your muscles sweat what's coming, not you.
This component encompasses what's known as HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. The mix of endurance, power, and strength will challenge your body through a range of different reps and movements. A Blitz class will attack the body from all angles, leaving your heart pumping. Get ready to sweat; I mean really sweat. That towel will come in handy after a Blitz class.
